Neutering Agreement

This agreement is made between *Pointer Rescue Service* (hereinafter referred to as "the Charity") and the undersigned (hereinafter referred to as "the Adopter").

1. Purpose

The Adopter acknowledges that neutering is a vital part of responsible pet ownership and agrees to have the adopted dog neutered within the timeframe stipulated by the Charity.

2. Neutering Requirement

The Adopter agrees to have the dog neutered by a licensed veterinarian unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Charity. A quote for the procedure must be submitted to and pre-approved by The Pointer Rescue Service prior to the neutering. Proof of neutering must be provided to the Charity within 14 days of the procedure.

3. Non-Compliance

Failure to neuter the dog within the agreed timeframe may result in the Charity reclaiming the dog and/or taking further action as deemed necessary.

By signing below, the Adopter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this agreement.
