Partnership Agreement & Confirmation

By submitting this application, you agree to the following mandatory partnership terms:

Financial Responsibilities
- You agree to cover all costs related to the dog's preparation, including medical care, blood tests, vaccinations, spaying/neutering, and passport costs.
- Our charity will cover the transport costs of the dog from its current location to the approved UK/EU adoptive home, once the final adoption is confirmed.
Adoption & Transport Process
- You agree to provide regular updates, photos, and videos of the dog walking and engaging in basic training etc to assist with us homing to dog without this information we could potentially misplace a dog.
- We agree to partner with you to find a home. We will create a web profile, promote on social media, screen all applicants, and handle all responses.
- The adoption process includes: Initial telephone screening, follow-up interview, virtual home check, full home check, and completion of all adoption paperwork.
- Crucially, you must NOT arrange any transport for the dog on our behalf. Transport will be confirmed and booked by our charity ONLY AFTER a suitable home has been found, and all home checks and adoption paperwork have been fully signed off.
Liability for Misinformation
- You confirm that all information provided in this form is accurate and complete.
- WARNING: Any false or incomplete information given about the dog that results in the dog arriving into our care and being unsuitable (e.g., due to undisclosed aggression, severe medical needs, or lack of documentation) will result in you being held financially liable for any and all costs incurred by our charity.
