They say a dog’s youth is their “golden time”a time for zoomies, chasing balls, and discovering the world. But for Blossom, youth is a prison.
Blossom was dumped at a Spanish pound, forgotten and alone. We rescued her, hoping to give her the “happily ever after” she dreamed of. Instead, she’s trapped again. This time, she’s trapped by a body that is failing her.
Imagine being a young dog who desperately wants to run, but every step is a gamble. Because of her severe deformities, Blossom is on strict kennel rest. She watches the world go by through bars, unable to join in.
❌ No running. It hurts too much.
❌ No playing. One wrong landing could be catastrophic.
❌Restricted food. She has to stay lean because any extra weight puts more pressure on her twisted legs, making her pain even worse.
She doesn’t understand why. She doesn’t know she has a medical condition. She only knows that she’s being left behind while other dogs find their families. She only knows that her world has shrunk to the size of a kennel.
The months are slipping away. The longer she waits for this €4,500 surgery, the more of her life she loses.
We know so many of you would love to give this “Gentle Sweet Pup” a home, but the cost of her care is a mountain no one family should climb alone. But together? Together, we can level that mountain.
Even the price of a coffee—just a few Euros—adds up. If we all chip in, we can stop Blossom from “missing out” on life and finally let her bloom.
