💛 Buddy: The Gentle Boy Whose Heart Is Made of Gold

Hi, my name is Buddy, and I’m a sweet, handsome boy of around 3-4 years old. My little life has been a lot harder than any dog deserves, but I am living proof that kindness always wins.

Despite everything I’ve been through, I still believe in the magic of a loving home.

💔 My Story So Far…

My history is a heartbreaking one. I was clearly someone’s beloved dog once, but somehow, I ended up alone on the streets. For almost a year, I fought to survive, all while carrying a secret wound: after that, I was literally pulled from safety after being tormented so cruelly by children.

It is impossible to imagine the pain and fear I must have felt.

And yet, here is the miracle: I have not got a bad bone in my body. Not one! The trauma did not harden me; it only made my gentle spirit shine brighter. I am the most kind, gentle, and sweet-natured boy you could ever meet.

✨ The Real Me: An Angel in a Dog’s Body
I may have had a rough start, but I am ready to forget the past and fill your life with calm, devoted love. Now that I’m in the safe hands of the shelter in Argos, Greece, I am thriving.

Sweet, Calm, & Affectionate: My nature is truly angelic. I am quiet, loving, and very people-orientated. I adore spending time with the volunteers and will reward you with endless affection.

The Perfect Companion: I have an incredibly adaptable personality. I get along great with other dogs and I seem to be fine with cats too (maybe a little afraid, bless me!). I would be perfectly suited to and will adapt beautifully to any home environment.

House-Trained & Tidy: I’m a clever chap and I’m pretty sure I was toilet trained in a previous life! I always do my business when I’m outside, so I’ll be an easy addition to your home.

Simple Joys: My favourite thing in the world is my daily walk and just being close to the people who are kind to me. All I need is warmth and a gentle hand.

🏡 What I Need to Thrive

I ask for very little – just a chance to be loved and secure for the rest of my life.

A Gentle Family: A home that will give me the peace, patience, and kindness I deserve. I am wonderful with children, so a family home is absolutely fine.

Friends Are Welcome: I can live happily with other dogs and am likely okay with cats too. I was attacked by dogs on the street, so I can be a little wary initially, but my gentle nature always wins out.

A Final, Forever Sofa: More than anything, I need a place to put down roots and feel safe. I promise to be the most loyal, sweet-natured companion you could ever wish for.

Please don’t let my rough past deter you. I am ready to leave all the bad memories behind and focus on a future of love. I’m just the most adorable boy, desperate for a human to show him that the world can be kind.
