🐾 Meet Cooper: A Shy Guy Ready for Cuddles
Hey, I’m Cooper, and this is my profile. I’m estimated to be about five years old, and I was collected with my friend Zoe from a stressful situation near Cordoba in Spain.
We don’t know much about where we came from, but we do know we’re finally safe now -.and that feels incredible!
A Little Timid, A Lot of Love Ready!
I have to admit, I’m a bit timid at the moment. Like Zoe, I find the world a little overwhelming. However, I’m actually the least fearful of the two of us! I’m already starting to embrace all this new attention.
When the volunteers came to see me recently, I was happy for a stroke! That soft touch felt so good, and I quickly let them know that while I might be shy, I’m absolutely ready for affection. Mauro and Isabel are working hard, and I’m doing my best to show them I’m a quick learner when it comes to trusting people. They can already see that I’m going to be a truly lovely dog.
My Dream Home Checklist ✅
I’m looking for a forever family who sees past my nervousness and recognises the loving dog waiting underneath. I just need a stable, calm environment where I can continue to gain confidence and learn that human hands mean good things – like treats and scratches behind the ears!
• A Gentle Touch: I respond well to quiet assurance and a soft stroke. I’d love a family that moves slowly and lets me approach them on my own terms.
• Companionship: I shared my previous life with Zoe, and I’m currently enjoying the company of a lovely, happy male dog, so I’d likely be happy to share my new home with another friendly dog.
• Patience is Key: The volunteers know that Zoe and I are fearful, but they are so glad they rescued us. I just need a patient family to see me through this shy phase.
Are you the patient, loving person ready to show me that life is wonderful and full of happy strokes?
