🐾 Hi, I’m Sona – Searching for the Love I’ve Always Deserved 🐾

My name is Sona, and though my past is filled with sadness, I’m here now, hoping for a future full of love and kindness.

I was rescued from a truly horrible place—the government pound in Trabzon. Before that, my life was even harder. I wasn’t treated like a living, feeling soul. I was locked away, used only for breeding, my spirit slowly breaking with every passing day. No soft beds, no gentle touches—just cold walls and the ache of loneliness.

But then, everything changed. Some incredible rescuers saw me, ‘really’ saw me, and knew I deserved so much more. They took me away from all that pain and gave me my first taste of safety, of hope. Now, I’m ready to find the forever family I’ve been dreaming of all along.

Despite everything I’ve been through, my heart is still wide open. I love cuddles—there’s nothing better than feeling safe in someone’s arms, finally knowing that I matter. I get along with all dogs, too, because I believe everyone deserves a friend (just like I do). And oh, how I love to play! Every wag of my tail is a little celebration of this second chance at happiness.

What do I need now? Just a few simple, beautiful things:

 A home filled with love and patience.

 A family who will never see me as anything less than the sweet, deserving girl I am.

 Gentle hands to reassure me that my days of fear are *over*.
