Hello… I’m Terrific Tux 🐾

“They say I was born to hunt, but truth be told, I was made for snuggles, playtime, and being somebody’s best friend.”

My journey started alongside my mum, Dotty, and my brothers when we were taken to a government shelter. Out in the countryside, gentle boys like us don’t always fit the mold for working dogs—we’re simply far too soft-hearted and friendly! But missing out on a working life was the best thing that could have happened, because it opened the door to finding a real family.

I’m a beautifully proportioned hound/Pointer cross with a heart as big as my smile. Living in kennels hasn’t dampened my enthusiasm for life one bit. I treat every new day as an exciting adventure, and I’m so excited to finally experience what having a loving home feels like.

My Little Quirks & Daily Joy

Eager Learner: I’m a clever young chap who loves to figure things out! Give me a task, a treat, or a fun agility obstacle, and I’m all ears. I’ve already nailed “sit” and can’t wait to learn more tricks with you.

Friend to Everyone: Whether it’s double-stepping around other dogs or making friends with human volunteers, I bring instant good vibes. My tail is always in motion, and I have a way of putting a smile on everyone’s face.

Active & Fun-Loving: I’ve got that lovely Pointer curiosity and athleticism! I adore getting out into nature, taking in all the marvellous countryside smells, and exercising my legs before settling down for a quiet afternoon snooze.

A Life Partner: I’m looking for a home where I can blossom into the wonderful adult dog I’m destined to be, filled with guidance, kindness, and plenty of affection.

Pawsome Pals: I thrive in company! I’d happily share my home with another friendly dog to show me the ropes, or I can easily take center stage as your devoted single pup.

I’m currently RESERVED and counting down the days until I pack my bags for my brand new life!
