Hey there, hooman. I’m Foxtrot—your future best friend with a story that’s as unforgettable as my goofy grin.

I was born on the stunning island of Santorini. Picture blue skies, sparkling seas, and winding white streets. But while the setting was dreamy, my start in life was anything but. I was abandoned, left to survive alone. Hungry, scared, and unsure of what tomorrow would bring—until two kind souls, Christina and Dave from the SAWA shelter, found me and gave me a second chance.

Just when life started to feel safe again, Mother Nature had other plans. The ground shook. The skies growled. Santorini’s volcano erupted with fury—and everything changed in an instant.

But you know what? I made it. Because of the incredible kindness of strangers, I found my way off that trembling island and into safety on Rhodes. Now, my journey brings me here—to you.

💛 I’ve come through fire, fear, and the unknown… and I’m still full of hope. Still wagging my tail. Still dreaming of the one thing I haven’t had yet: a forever home.

Why I’m Pretty Pawsome

🐾 I’m a 4.5-year-old English Pointer, tipping the scales at a lean, lovable 19 kilos. Sweet, soulful, and just the right mix of silly and snuggly.

🐾 I adore other dogs! Playdates, zoomies, synchronized sniffing—we’re talking Olympic-level tail wags.

🐾 I’ve got classic pointer pep—meaning I’m ready to explore the world with you. Long walks, new trails, mysterious rustling bushes? Count me in.

🐾 I’m also a Grade A Cuddle Bug. Sit down for one second, and I’ll be there—head on your lap, heart in your hands. I don’t just like people. I love them.

🐾 I’m loyal, clever, and full of personality. I’ll make you laugh every day, and love you every night.

A Little Paws for Thought…

I’m looking for a home that gets dogs like me—smart, active, and sometimes a little goofy (but in a charming way, I promise).

🏡 I’d thrive with a family who loves adventures as much as belly rubs. I’m not a couch potato (but I am a professional napper when the time is right).

👶 I’m great with kids—I’ve spent time with little Leo, a four-year-old sanctuary visitor, and I think he’s pawsitively awesome.

🐶 Got dogs? Even better! I’d love a canine buddy or two to share life (and sticks) with.

I believe I survived for a reason—because someone out there needs the kind of love only I can give.
