🌸 Hello, I’m Elsa… 🌸

If you’re reading this, it means someone out there might be looking for a friend like me. And oh, how I’ve been waiting to find my forever family.

My story didn’t start in the happiest way. In Spain, a man decided he didn’t want us anymore. He said if the shelter didn’t take us, he’d “get rid of us.” My heart sinks just thinking about it. But just when things felt darkest, kind people from The Pointer Rescue Service and their amazing partners and foster families in Spain, stepped in and saved me and my babies. That’s when our second chance at life began.

My two puppies, Percy and Peggy, went into foster care too. Peggy has already found her forever home in the UK (lucky girl!) and her new family is also going to be fostering Percy until his own forever sofa comes along. Knowing they’re safe makes me so happy—it lets me finally breathe and just… be Elsa.

Right now, I’m living in Spain with my wonderful foster mum and dad, Lynne and Les. They are such kind people (and very dear to the rescue family’s hearts). They’ve opened their home to me and their other lovely dogs. One of them, Lilly, is a wise girl who was also once a rescue, she was adopted by my foster Mum and Dad. She’s been gently showing me that it’s okay to relax, trust, and wag my tail again. She tells me my puppies are safe with PRS, and I believe her.

Despite everything I’ve been through—being used, abandoned, and discarded—I still have so much love inside me. I’m gentle, sweet-natured, easy-going, loyal, and ready to give my whole heart to someone who wants me. I don’t hold grudges. Instead, I just want to love and be loved.  I have been told that I am beautiful just like my heart…

I am even a proud member of the “Cats appreciation society”.

All I dream of now is a home where I can curl up beside you, go for happy walks, and hear someone say, “Elsa, you’re home, and you’re safe forever.”
