Okay, so picture this: I’m a scrawny little pup (like, super skinny – think model runway but without the glam), wandering around trying to keep my tail wagging while my tummy growled like a thunderstorm. I didn’t know where I was going, but I knew I needed help. Then I found this villa with the kindest Spanish lady, and I thought, “YES! This is my chance!” I gave her my best whimper (with bonus puppy eyes – I’ve been told they’re lethal), and she knew I was desperate.

Now here’s where my hero comes in… cue dramatic music 🎶… Her name is Sharon, but around here, they call her She-Ra – yep, like the actual Princess of Power. Sword, shield, sparkle, the whole shebang. She literally left a meeting (Sorry team, Boomer emergency!) and zoomed off to rescue ME. I know, I’m blushing. 😌

When she scooped me up, I was all bones, bumps, and bruises – covered in little scars that hinted at a rough past. But even then, I couldn’t stop wagging. Because deep down, I just knew I was safe. And guess what? I was right.

Fast forward NINE days (but who’s counting? Me. I am.) – and oh my paws, what a difference! I’ve filled out, my coat’s looking shiny and smooth, and I am officially obsessed with cuddles. No, seriously – I’m a professional snuggler now. I’ll lean into your lap like it’s my life’s purpose. Because honestly? Love is the best treat I’ve ever had. (Okay, maybe tied with cheese.)

Despite the scars – both the ones you can see and the ones you can’t – I’m just full of love, trust, and zoomies. I hold no grudges. I’m all about belly rubs, waggy tails, and second chances. 💛

So, if you’re looking for a best friend who’s part warrior, part cuddle-monster, and 100% heart, I might just be your Boomer.
