🐾 Hi there, I’m Kim! 🐾

You know, not long ago I was just a number in a litter. I was born into a world where looks meant everything—pedigrees, ribbons, the whole dog-and-pony show (minus the pony). But when my breeder saw I had a ‘slight overbite’—yep, my teeth are doing their own little dance—I was suddenly not “show-worthy.” Not fit for the spotlight. Not even wanted.

That stung. I didn’t understand what I’d done wrong. I still wagged my tail just as hard, still tried to win hearts with my soulful eyes and soft ears. But I was left behind, like an old chew toy no one wanted anymore.

But THEN… something amazing happened. Some kind hoomans that volunteer in rescue scooped me up and said, “Don’t worry, Kim—we’ve got ‘Pointer Power’ behind us now.” I don’t know what that is exactly, but it sounds VERY official and also kind of magical. I like magic. And snacks. And squeaky things.

Oh—and did I mention my sweet exploring sister ‘Isotta’ is here too?  She’s a sweetheart and we’re both hoping the right families are out there reading this right now…

Now I’m on a mission—a mission to sniff out my ‘forever home’. I’m not a show dog, but I can show you love like you’ve never seen. And sure, I’ve got an overbite, but some people pay good money for a quirky smile like mine!

Here’s what I do have:

* A heart the size of a tennis ball hoard.
* A special talent for leaning into humans like I’m trying to melt right into them.
* An adoration for children. I LOVE kids. They drop snacks AND giggle.
* A nose that wants to explore every corner of life (and maybe your sock drawer).
* A tail that acts like a metronome of happiness.
* A promise: if you give me a place to belong, I’ll be loyal to you forever and always.

I’m curious, sweet, a bit goofy, and fully ready to be someone’s best friend. Maybe yours?
