🐾🌸 Hi there, I’m Shakira! And no, my hips don’t lie… but my tail tells the whole story! 🌸🐾

Once upon a time, in sun-kissed Spain, I was just a tiny pup with my sister by my side. We were found by a lady who took us both in… but then, she disappeared. Just like that. Gone. 💔  She returned back to the UK and left us to fend for ourselves but we were too small.

My sister and I were left confused and alone. She was taken in by another family, but no one knows where she is now. I hope she’s safe and happy, somewhere out there. As for me? I got lucky — I found a home! Or at least, I thought I had…

You see, the kind man who took me in tried his best, and now life has gotten very chaotic for him. But now, I’m often left all alone for long hours, with no cuddles, no walks, and no one to toss a squeaky toy. That’s really hard. 🥺 for a girl like me, who just wants to be loved and play fetch and snuggle on the couch?

I’m a gentle, joyful soul — I love people, belly rubs, and playtime in the sunshine. I have so much love to give! But I need someone who has the time, heart, and snuggly sofa for a special girl like me. I’ve always lived in a home,

💔 Our wonderful rescue team in Spain has created an emergency space for me in a lovely sanctuary, but what I really, truly need is a forever home. A safe, calm, warm place where I can thrive. A place where I’ll never be left behind again.  As wonderful as the people are) this will be so confusing and scary for me to be living in a very different environment.  I just don’t understand any of this…

Pointer Rescue needs to get me on the transport list for August 13th!

My little heart needs a family to help me, spend time with me and to finally make me feel safe forever.

So I’m asking — no, begging — if there’s room in your life and heart for a wiggly, gentle, incredibly lovable girl named Shakira… could you please take me in?
