Zargo is a male orange & white Pointer aged 1 years old. He was rescued from a breeder in Italy and is now in foster in the UK. He had previously only ever lived in a small kennel, but has settled well into life in a home. He was removed from his breeder by the animal protection team due to his dogs living conditions which were extremely poor. He is underweight but is now slowly gaining weight and eating well. We were told he may suffer some hip dysplasia but this doesn’t seem the case, we believe his problems are as a result of living in a confined space with little to no exercise. Hip dysplasia can however be managed and improved with a gradual build up of gentle exercise and doesn’t always require surgery, in the event that he did have any problems at a later date then we would cover any related costs involved.  He is very good with other dogs, both male and female and is currently living with multiple male dogs. He’s a really sweet boy, a little nervous initially but once he gets to know you he really comes out of his shell. He will make a wonderful and forever grateful companion.
